Mark is one of a handful of speakers/trainers in Singapore with this accreditation. As Co-Founder of Anagram Group, he was presented the ‘Future of Work’ award at the 19th Annual Business Awards from the British High Commissioner to Singapore, Scott Wightman and Mr. Chan Chun Sing, Singapore’s Minister of Trade & Industry.

Prior to training, Mark had 15 years of international management and investment banking experience in the UK, Australia and Asia for Morgan Stanley, Schroders, Goldman Sachs, Abbey National and Salomon Brothers.   In these roles, he was a Global and Regional department director, and managed teams from Singapore, China, India and Japan.  Mark has led large award-winning international teams across 3 continents. This exposure has allowed him to see first-hand what works and what doesn’t in a multicultural workplace.  His experience leading rapid growth and extensive change gave him invaluable experience in building teams and increasing employee engagement. 

Mark’s training methods are highly interactive and focus on strategies and personal goals that can be implemented in the workplace immediately, delivering instant return on investment. Mark graduated from the University of Surrey with a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics and Computing. In his free time, he enjoys sailing, travelling and current affairs.

Liyana Stuart, Co-Founder
Director - Marketing & Client Relations

Liyana co-founded Anagram Group with her husband Mark and drives its sales through digital marketing.


In 5 years, Anagram Group is one of the leading training companies in Singapore and has won the “Future of Work” award for transforming over 500+ corporate and government clients through training.


Prior to Anagram, Liyana had 12 years of experience in a variety of communications and sales roles including business journalism, media relations, marketing and sales.


Liyana started her career as a journalist and Content Editor of Singapore Business Review, then went on to in-house Public Relations of conglomerate Hong Leong Group.


After that, she was Head of Communications & Corporate Relations at the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (AmCham) for 5 years where she worked to boost the profile of American businesses.

Today, Liyana juggles running Anagram with being a mum to boy-girl twins.



Rohit Kumar
Digital Marketing Executive


Over the past five years, Rohit has gained extensive experience in Digital Marketing across a wide range of industries, including Information Technology, E-Commerce, Education, Health and Travel.


In his capacity as a Digital Marketing Executive with Anagram Group, Rohit is responsible for leading online marketing campaigns, social media marketing strategies, and social media. He plays an integral role in Anagram Group's marketing strategy.The bachelor's degree he received from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is a Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA).


Rohit began his career in digital marketing for a start-up and has a passion for brainstorming and developing new marketing strategies within the constraints of a start-up. In his spare time, Rohit loves to try out new recipes and create new things.

Vishesh Tikku
Graphic Designer


Vishesh has over 4 years of Graphic Design experience and can bring thoughts and ideas into life through graphics and videos. His passion lies in creating amazing graphics and delivering them well within timelines.

Vishesh has a Bachelor of arts degree in Animation and VFX from Arena animation. He also does photography and freelance modelling in his leisure time.

Vishesh is well-versed with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Lightroom, and Adobe Flash.

Maxine is a tri-lingual corporate trainer, facilitator and speaker with a passion for colourfully impacting and inspiring lives™ . With over 20 years of training experience working with diverse teams across Asia, Maxine has a knack of turning complicated concepts into practical applications. She is one of the most prolific trainers in Asia, having successfully completed more than 1000 days of trainings over 30 cities around the world.


Maxine is fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese and she delivers her solutions in the three languages seamlessly to help her clients achieve their highest level of understanding.


Her clients have benefited from her cross-industry insights and sharing of best practices.
